ill add to gleap if not but also a future feature ill add is if the beakon system recognizes inactivity or not online could it automatically send a text or email ( depending on preferences) to the recipient

This is for messages, it shoudl recognize when someone is offline and the message forwards to email. Example: “You have an unread message from Neil”

When Completing "Welcome To Beakon" profile for a new dealer user it wouldnt let me add a photo because it limited it to 5mb. not sure if theres a way to automatically descale it.

would love to see in messages who the person we are messaging is associated with. maybe a clickable dealer tag underneath their name. example at the top of the mesaage with Micah Peers underneeth would show which dealership heas from which can be clickable and view where it is what micahs position is ect.

Need a search bar. For techs, let's say I'm working on 12 cars at a time, I want to be able to scan a vin to search the car and see if I had already done the work on that car or if it's been assigned to me ect ect.

Mechanic Dashboard is a skeloton Right now, it needs to be built out. mechanic will need to view all vevhiles and see which ones need to be inspected and create line items needed for vehicle repair. example, brakes, parts and labor, tires, parts and labor, ect ect. ultimatly we will need to integrate a database for parts look up. for example once mechanic is inside the vehicle view, he can type in whats needed and it will autopopulate the part number. we can connect to their local parts store, NAPA, Advanced, AutoZone, ect. these apis will allow them to pull the parts and current prices for auto purchase once approved.

Need to have a feature that allows anyone to vin scan, to "sign in" or "sign out" a vehicle, perhaps hes just a lot manager moving the car. he would sign the vehicle in and it would track the movement from one lot to another the entire time and then when the person parked the car he would then scan the vehicle again to "log out" and geo locate where the car is last parked. in my mind the dashboard when you open beakon is the vin scan option that opens camera, and after that is the options available to you lot manager or any dealer employee - Move car - take pictures - log mileage these are actionabale and editable items for example log mileage does not open up another window you can edit right on the page, and confirm before proceding. vendor same as above - perform repairs - view history dealer manager -same as above dealer employee -view history ect ect. sorry for details beyond "move car" scope just trying to picture how we can fit it all in one window without complecating it.
